Issues when in Trial Mode - Illustrator and Premiere Pro 4.1
I have downloaded and installed in the 30 day trial modes the most recent versions of Illustrator and Premiere Pro on my new Macbook Pro which is running Snow Leopard OS. I'm finding that Premiere seems to crash a lot as I'm going through some tutorials to try out Premiere.
I'm finding that when the tutorial includes utilizing an Illustrator file (filename.ai) I sometimes will get an error around the asset having the wrong dimensions and sometimes it's a pinwheel of death. This results in needing to force close Premiere at best and needing to scrap the entire project since its now corrupted at worst.
This is really more of an FYI right now since I am assuming that this issue will go away once I receive my full copies in the mail and don't have to use trial modes anymore. I will keep my fingers crossed and update when I move these applications off of trial mode.
Welcome to the forum.
There have been several comments on issues with Snow Leopard. I do not recall any relating specifically to the trial version. IIRC, there was chatter that Apple would have an update for Snow Leopard, but that might just have been pure conjecture.
