    Second Monitor Issue - CS4 - Please try this;

      After weeks of badgering Adobe Support with this issue I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem with multiple displays:

      I have 2 monitors of different sizes;

      Primary monitor;     1280 x 1024

      Secondary monitor,     1440 x 900

      With Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign maximised in the primary monitor, everthing works fine.  But if I transfer any of these applications to the shorter, secondary monitor, I have problems accessing selections on long drop-down windows.

      Any drop-down menu that has more selections than can be displayed on the monitor (fonts, for instance) will normally have an arrow at the bottom of the displayed list, which enable you to scroll down further.  On my second monitor, this arrow doesn't appear, so I can't access the whole list.  This happens whether I maximise the window, or not.

      You may think this is a minor issue, but I often have the need to batch-process graphics and photos into Indesign which, as far as I'm concerned is the main reason for having 2 monitors.  This problem makes it impossible to fullly utilise the second monitor.

      Your first conclusion might be that it's a driver issue, but I don't have this problem with any other applications; I use Solidworks, Microsoft Office apps, 3DStudio Max etc.  Even Flash and Dreamweaver work fine.

      Another point worth noting, is that if I maximise any of these three programs in monitor 2, there's a very slight overhang into monitor 1, by that I mean that a couple of millimetres of the maximised window is visible in monitor 1.

      I'd be grateful any of you with multiple monitors would try this out and let me know what happens.
