Looks kinda like a form=horizontal line chart in Flex charting. You could look into customizing the look/spacing of a line chart:
It almost looks like a floating column chart:

How would you accomplish a floating bar graph where
- the x and y axis are swapped, giving you horizontal bars
- the bar width is so small, it looks like a line instead of a bar.
Ok. @Ansury: I tried the horizontal form for line charts. This close, but not what I want.
The problem is that the horizontal form tries to connect the dots until the y axis changes.
Lets say I had coordinates (x,y):
(0,1),(1,1), (5,2), (7,2)
What would happen is the chart would start a line at 0,1, go to 1,1, then keep going until 5,1, where the line pops up to the 5,2 spot.
I don't want that, I want 2 distinct segments without the extra "filler" line from 1,1 to 5,1
