talbot Sep 25, 2009 4:31 PM (in response to talbot)I figured it out by looking at the video http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/video_workshop/?id=vid0002 It is a really good resource that I'm going to start looking at first before asking here. Thanks go to dec9 for showing me this link in another post.

2. Re: How to make a signature based on a graphic
User 2010 Feb 13, 2010 6:19 AM (in response to talbot)Hello,
I was wondering if u got the answer to your question because i'm also stuck with the same problem, I can't see the option to edit a signature to make it personalized.
And i'm also having trouble following these instructions that apparently help, I followed the first step and then i'm lost..
- If you want to include an image of your handwritten signature in the digital signature, scan your signature and save it as an image file. Place the image in a document by itself, and convert the document to PDF.
- Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat (Mac OS) > Preferences, select Security on the left, and then click New to create a new signature appearance.
- In the Configure Signature Appearance dialog box, type a title for the signature appearance. When you sign a document, you select the signature appearance by its title, so use a short, descriptive title.
- For Configure Graphic, choose an option.
Option Description No Graphic Displays only the default digital signature icon and other information specified in the Configure Text section.
Imported Graphic Displays an image with your digital signature. Select this option to include an image of your handwritten signature. To import the image file, click File, click Browse, select the image file, click Select, and then click OK (Windows) or Select (Mac OS).

12. Re: How to make a signature based on a graphic
User 2010 Feb 13, 2010 9:18 AM (in response to Bernd Alheit)Its alright i got it, I got confused at this part: "Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat (Mac OS) > Preferences,"
I should have been written as " Choose (Windows) Edit > Preferences, (Mac OS) Acrobat > Preferences "
Its clearer to understand.
