    Tree Highlighter

    UbuntuPenguin Level 4

I am using a custom render function (not itemrenderer) for a tree control I have.  The purpose is to keep the tree from collapsing when the data is updated.  Unfortunately , I lose the "stay-highlighted" function that a normal tree has when a node is clicked.  Is there anyway I can get this back ? Points available for the winner.

      Sincerely ,

P.S. When I say "stay-highlighted" I don't mean the "rollover" highlighting that accompanies most list classes , I'm talking about when the mouse is clicked , it stays highlighted.
