    Alternative to Soundbooth?

    curtdbz Level 1

I don't have soundbooth, though I have Audacity (free, open-source).  However, I cant see a way that I can make changes by right clicking on an audio file within premiere and seeing those changes almost real-time, like how I did when I had soundbooth before. I have to actually close Premiere, and open Audacity (since if i dont, it tells me the file is being used somehwere else) and then edit it, and open back Premiere.  Is there a way I can do this more effeciently? Any tricks?

I need to do things like get rid of noise, and other fairly complex audio things that Premiere can't do on its own with the audio effects.
