(CS3) Slow motion generates jumpy lines at top of video

      Hello Everyone,

I'm working on some Interlaced DV footage (Widescreen 1.2 PAR) in Premiere Pro CS3. When I change the speed of the footage to slow it down, say 50% or so, the very top line of my footage flickers. Normally I wouldn't worry about this as it's out of the safe area, however it's footage I'm going to use on the internet so the whole frame will be visible.

Is there a fix for this flickering that's caused by slowing down the footage?

      Thanks,
