Hello, I'm very new to programing and I require assistance in order to create a webservice for the query in the attached file.
I have tried to use the Option, Create Application fom Database, but that is not hat I need, Im planing to tie in the results of the query to some gauges from Ilog Elixir, i have it working if I hardcode data in an XML file, all that is needed is to pull the info from the DB, unfortunately I do not have the required experience.
SO if anyone could assits and post a samle webservice based on the query of the attached file i can examine and study it to better understand how it works.
any help is greatly apreciated.
