I'm fairly new with flash/flex and am in the process of learning so please bear with me.
I'm working on a small adobe AIR application in which I need to detect the change of clipboard items.
Basically while the AIR application is in focus and the users clipboard is changed I need it to detect that it has changed and from there it will continue on whatever functions are associated with it.
I figured the correct path would be an eventlistener but I can't seem to get anything out of it, it's hopefully an easy thing to do but I just can't seem to do it.
So a push in the right direction would be great : ) thank you to anyone who replies
I don't think Air 1.5 supports events from Clipboard. If the AIR app is in focus and the app is changing the clipboard, your code should dispatch a custom event when changing the clipboard.
