Passing command line parameters to flash .EXE (AS2)

I currently have a bunch of Flash clips in .swf that get variables passed from Javascript on a remotely hosted web server. They need those variables to work.

I'm trying to create a local version using those same Flash clips, compiled into .EXEs instead of .SWF files so people who do not have flash installed can run them as well.

I'm trying to write a loader application that will take care of logging people in to their web accounts and launching the flash .EXEs. But I need to pass the EXEs the same variables I used to pass them via javascript. Is there a command line way to pass variables into the flash .EXE so they are useable with AS2 (via _root or otherwise...)?

I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere...
