I can't seem to get ADE to recognize my Bebook. After I connect the USB cable and press "OK" I get two new drives (for the internal memory and the SD card). ADE doesn't do anything however.
I've tried on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, so far no luck. The Bebook is running the latest version of the firmware.
I would ask BeBook tech support how to determine that you have correct version (and variant) of firmware to work with Digital Editions.
Hi, did you start Adobe before you connected you ebook to tthe pc?
Thats what I did and it helped but I have Vista.
Perhaps you have to start ADE pretending you're working with vista. Click with you Right mouse button and choose properties en than ( in dutch)comptabiliteit thats where you can change to xp or vista. Let me know if it worked. Anneke
