No, it's because you're trying to store 10MB on the user's machine through SharedObject. Flash Player lets you store a small amount of data (I think tens or maybe hundreds of kilobytes), but for a large amount, user interaction is required to raise this limit.
I am using remote objects in my project.
For that I am using weborb to communicate with .net.
Can you let me know how to get rid of that message?
I want to remove it any case because its a big headache for me.
That may be, but it looks like you are also using SharedObject in your
project. That's where the problem is coming from.
try reducing the size of ur swf. you can reduce size by removing static linking
in flex command prompt type
mxmlc filename.mxml -static-rsls=false
now ur swf size reduces. try running the app again
If u get the problem again..
check if ur using shared objects in ur swf
make sure that u store less amount of data.
I tried by compiling that it gives me transcoding error. enable to transcode.
I have some image icons embedded as assets in swf. may be that is prob?
Any other way to not allow shared objects?
How can i check for shared objects? I am using only remote objects from weborb.
I am using frameworks as a rumtime shared library. May be it is problem? I have removed framework from code.
Any idea? what to do?
At some place you must be using sharedobject then only this message come.
Try merging framework in application.
To reduce swf file if you are embedding assets or fonts load all those stuff dynamically.
