It divides the video into 3 parts and has no sound.
I'm not seeing that.
after it renders it puts them in H:\Adobe Premiere Pro Preview Files\f.PRV
and the 3 videos in that folder are named this:

the fact that you have three rendered files in the Preview Files has no significance. The number of files in the Preview Files is strickly dependent on how much of the timeline has any change from the original project presets. (Effects, disolves, speed changes, etc.) Have you tried exporting the sequence?
I have to agree with Bill. How many rendered files are created has no bearing on anything you will do as an editor.
