From the entries in the amt log, there's likely something corrupt in the Adobe product databases on disk.
I would try running Adobe's License Repair tool, that you can find in your installed Flash Builder folder here:
Let us know whether that helps,
I tried the LicenseRecover a few times. the last thing I tried was:
- LicenseRecover with '0'
- start flash builder
now it says i have 60 days remaining (instead of 53), but when I click 'Next >' it says "Problem with Trial"/"a problem was encountered whilte trying to load the trial period for Adobe Flash Builder". then when I click 'Continue' it returns me to the 1st page but the 'trial-basis' option is greye-out (but still selected).
next i'll try uninstalling FB first...

ok, i think at this point i'm stuck.
i have done the following:
- uninstall flash builder beta 2
- run LicenseRecover with '0'
- run LicenseRecover with '0' again, this time it told me the license file didn't exist (or something along those lines)
- reboot again
- install FB
no joy. i still get the 'Problem with Trial' message.
Here's one more thing to try:
- in your installed FB4 beta 2 folder, locate the Setup.exe under \install.support\builder-common-mul-win\
- run that Setup.exe
Let us know if that helps or not.
no, that doesn't help. i still get the "problem with trial" error
Have you tried entering an FB4 Beta 2 Serial Number, or does it get as far as prompting you for that?
