I develop a RoboHelp HTML product that gets posted on our intranet on a UNIX server.

Recently, I posted an updated version of it and I got error messages when trying to access any topic. The TOC looked fine.

My co-worker re-compiled and re-posted the project and now the topics are accessible, but various graphics are not. I see the outline of the graphic and the little red X where it should be. I do not see any trend among the graphic files themselves that are not showing up.

Do any of you have any ideas for me?

Hi there

When you generate your WebHelp, try ensuring the option "Use lower-case filenames" is enabled. This may correct all your issues.

Cheers... Rick
