Just a long shot here. In WebHelp Pro you define a custom window, no?
I'm wondering if it has something to do with perhaps project A having a window named differently than project B where you are linking to? I know the "Show" link occurs via some JavaScript that sniffs to see if the topic is being displayed inside the WebHelp frameset. So it seems reasonable to me that perhaps if the windows were named differently that the check would fail.
At least that's my own best educated guess... Rick
