    Return to original visual state after Effect removed?

    ZenForHire

      Hi All,

      When you remove an Effect, is it the responsiblity of effect to return to state before play() of the Effect?

      How do you get the UIComponent to go back to original visual state before the Effect was played?

      As one moves from tab to tab, the Effect target binds to the next tab button.

      The previous tabs are all blue which is the end of the effect.

      Wanted to return to default grey of an unselected tab.

      Glow between green and blue works with NO issues.

      <mx:Sequence id="glowEffectSingleEvent"
                repeatCount="0"
                targets="{eventCauseComponents}"
                startDelay="0"
                repeatDelay="500">

            <mx:Glow id="glowImage2" duration="750" alphaFrom="1.0" alphaTo="0.3" blurXFrom="0.0" blurXTo="50.0" blurYFrom="0.0" blurYTo="50.0" color="0x22A050"/>
            <mx:Glow id="unglowImage2" duration="750" alphaFrom="0.3" alphaTo="1.0" blurXFrom="50.0" blurXTo="0.0" blurYFrom="50.0" blurYTo="0.0" color="0x3380DD"/>
      </mx:Sequence>

      Thanks in advance,

      Kevin
