What you are wanting to do is impossible. You can work with Flash in
Director but not the other way around, and you can't export a Director
file as a swf
Check out Valentin's lingo scripts and Xtra for exporting director assets to .swf.
With some script and the help of these, you could possibly achieve something.

While it's always worth keeping an eye on what Valentin is providing, I
don't think there's anything there that will help the OP translate a
Director file for use in Flash.
Yeah, that stuff will export swf assets inside Director as swf files on
the file system. It will not turn a direcotr program into a swf.
Question has been answered but will just add one other thing. As mentioned,
you won't be able to get your interactive application to be converted into
a SWF. However, if you just want a Director animation to become a SWF, then
I'd suggest you export your movie as a video (or image sequence that can be
converted into a video). You can then import that video into Flash and
either have it embedded in the SWF (short video and no sound/synching
needed) or use the SWF with the video converted to a FLV.
