    CSS: to hyphenate, or not to hyphenate, that is my question

    flashacronym

      Will hypenated standard CSS properties eventually be deprecated in favour of camel case, or vice versa (e.g. fontFamily not font-family, or conversely, font-size not fontSize)?

      I'm discovering several current (Adobe) documents give examples of both:-

      Defined on MXML <Style>:

      .solidBorderPaddedVertically
      {
              padding-top: 12;
              padding-bottom: 12;
              border-style: solid;
      }

      Defined within external CSS file:

      .solidBorderPaddedVertically
      {
          borderStyle: "solid";
          paddingTop: 12px;
          paddingBottom: 12px;
      }

      Thanks
