    upload file

      I am using the following code to upload a file:

      file = new FileReference();
      file.addEventListener(Event.SELECT, fileSelected);
      file.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, fileUploaded);
      private function fileSelected(e:Event):void
      Alert.show("Upload " + file.name )?",
      "Upload Confirmation",

      and so on..

      One of my client click on a button to execute the uploadform function and nothing happens. They can't see the file browse window and I can't figure out why? On my system it works fine.

      can someone explain?

          Sounds like user error to me. Maybe have the the client send a screen shot of the button they are actually clicking on just to make sure? The other thing you could try is setting the required version of flash player to the most current version ( in your wrapper so that next time they visit your application they are forced to upgrade just to eliminate that possibility.
