Try cloning from good areas with the tool set to Darker Color mode to avoid overpainting the branches.
Clone on a layer copy to avoid destroying original pixels.

In this case, Darker colour did not help mon all areas since I was painting in a white colour but I maanged to get it cleaned from here.

Thnaks aslso to the other replies. It is much appreciated. Obviousyly I accept that a staing issue like this is depenedent on the actual colours involved amd the huie sat layer cganges did not worjk - in this case - I have kept a note of this tho as it will worlk in other casea I'm sure.
