I assume you have to be using Beta 2? It was built in Beta 1 and as far as I can tell this option is not available in Beta 1 and I think I cannot open the Beta 1 doc in the Beta 2 app? Is this correct?
Thanks for the help! I appreciate it!
You are correct. The Goto URL feature is in Beta II, but not Beta I.
If you want to add this functionality to your Beta I project you can take your FXP file into FlexBuilder and add the code below to the buttons where you want this functionality:
click="navigateToURL( new URLRequest( encodeURI("http://adobe.com")), "_self");"
So the button code would like this
<s:Button label="Button" x="520" y="107" click="navigateToURL( new URLRequest( encodeURI("http://adobe.com")), "_self");"/>
Just change the "adobe.com" URL to whatever you wish.
Thanks Ty for all the help. We were able to get this dropped-in, but now it is throwing a error in the code....
Element type "s:button" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".
Beginning to think it might be easier to recreate the whole site in Beta 2. Yikes!
Thanks again Ty!
