I doubt it will print looks like an artifact that you sometimes get when flatten the transparency, how was the art created?
If the gaps are between different objects, you may use the Align>Distribute>Spacing (Align is bundled with the Transform palette/panel).
What happens if you zoom in/out?
Its disappearing or remaining the same gap width at higher zoom levels is normally a good sign. But you may create a PDF and/or print to see.
There's nothing in PDF file. Should I say it OK to let it go?
But it ignores me because it happens so often, then I don't know which one is real and which one is fake.
It happens when I move a 5mm rectangle copy 5mm right, when I align two objects side by side or put different parts together. The sympton looks the same, small gap between them, here and there but not always even I use the Ctrl+D to do the job.
with the screen shots of 150% and 6400% zoom in
either that or send the pdf.
i thin you are good to go.
I think I would be inclined to move the abutting borders so they overlap a bit, then use the Pathfinder to unite the separate pieces. The artifactual gaps will be eliminated.
