I'm working on a Flex app where assets on the stage can
extend past the bounds of the Application wrapper.
Example, I have an <mx:Application> that is 1000 pixels
wide, but I have some asset (for example, an Image) which might go
out to 1100.
It seems the default functionality of Flex is to create a
horizontal scrollbar and extend the bounds of the stage (thus
stretching my precious background image).
Is there any way to prevent Flex from creating this scroll
bar when something goes out of bounds? The strange thing is that it
never does it if something goes in the negative ranges (left,
-100), only positive ranges.
