Adobe ID Problems and Support from Adobe?

Hello

I need to reset my Adobe ID. How can i do that? I have to many activation. How i only have one Computer and had to do a clean install this week for the first time. I tried for houres to figure out on this homepage.

I'm very disappointed about the Adobe ID handling and ebooks DRM. The only thing I want is to read my books. I'm from Switzerland and on the homepage nothing about support.

So can somebody help me.
