I have a war file built using Ant that has my swf and Java classes (remoting). I get the following error when I invoke the SWF - [MessagingError message="Destination 'RemoteJavaService' either does not exist or the destination has no channels defined. On my local application server, it runs fine. When I deploy the same war file remotely I get the above error. Not sure what to look at to solve this problem.
Since it is working on your local environment I'm assuming you have the -services and -context-root flags specified on your mxmlc task. Next check that your channel definitions in services-config.xml are appropriate for your remote deployment.
Thanks Paul. I added the -services option to my ant script mxmlc (compile) of the SWF. The documentation states that it is the path to the services xml file but I had to actually specifiy the name of the file services-config.xml with the path. It is working now.
