    Best CMS?

My client would like the ability to update the content on the site that I am building her. What is the best CMS out there that I could recommend? How do you typically address this with your clients? Do you charge a monthly maintenance fee instead, and if so, what does it include? Thanks!

The one that you and your client like and meets the particular project
          needs.

Usually, budget aside, the 'best' CMS is a human being. But that's usually
expensive and doesn't always scale well.

Depends on your needs and requirements.

For small sites I tend to use Wordpress. Larger sites that needed
things like a membership system and forum I used Joomla.
