Finding Topics that Use a Specific See Also Link

Is there an easy way to see which topics are using a specific See Also link?

I've run the See Also Report (Tools > Reports > See Also), but it does the *opposite* of what I'm looking for. I need something that gives me a list of topics that use a particular See Also control. For example, I have a See Also control named "Manage Site." I want to delete this See Also control, but before I do, I wanted to *see a list of topics that use the See Also control*.

This is what I need:

Manage Site  (name of See Also control)

Help -- Edit Summary  (name of topic)

Help -- Edit Configuration Options  (name of topic)

Help -- Select Parent   (name of topic)

*The See Also report generates a list of topics and lists the See Also controls in which the topic is used* (I'm going to submit an enhancement request asking for a report that generates a list of See Also controls and under the name of each See Also control, a list of the topics in which the control is used would be listed.)

Here's an example from the current report:

Help -- Assign Permissions  (name of topic)
Create New Menu Item-Domains  (name of See Also control that contains the topic)
Domain Console  (name of See Also control that contains the topic)
Manage Site (name of See Also control that contains the topic)
