I don't think MAC is all that different from PC. But take a good look in the Knowledge Base and look specifically for Clean Script CS4.
Normally it would entail deactivate, uninstall, run Clean Script 2 or 3 times, install, activate, update the whole bundle.
You can uninstall Adobe applications via Utilities>Adobe Installers folder. why are you uninstalling it?
Why are you doing this?
I have not done it yet for if you want to reinstall Adobe CS4 Premiere for Mac you have to reinstall the entire suite. ALSO I purchased Quick Time Pro and it will NOT open MPEG files so that I can convert them to MOV files to get my timeline back up and running.eeeerrrrrr
thaks gueys for the previous messages...In short my MPEGs in my timeline are all Pending (they were working fine for months. My .mov files in Adobe Premiere are fine still. I just don't want to lose all of my editing! I need help trying to get my MPEGS working again and don't want to have to re-edit.
