I have a form that needs to go from me, emailed to another company's employees. They fill out some required information and would then email it to their supervisor. The supervisor then clicks "approve" which I have configured to email to me. The problem is that when the employee completes the form, saves it and then emails to the supervisor, the fields required for the supervisor to fill in, lose the input capability. Any ideas?

We would have to see the form to determine what is locking those fields.
