What is the path given? Is it within your local root folder?

I click on File > New > Page designs [css] > 3 column left nav...then I get the message. here is the path given...machd:applications: macromedia dreamweaver 8:configuration: builtin: pagedesigns: 3 column left nav. file not found error code -43
like i said i built a similar site using the installed templates and had no such message. dreamweaver and its related files havent been moved by me or anything. I searched and all the templates are installed.
