Hi!

I'm using RoboHelp 7 with FrameMaker 8, as part of the TCS1.

I have a question about localization from my developers, which is this:

Does RH export some JavaScript that detects the web browser locale – thus providing a mechanism to direct the end user’s request to the proper language set?

Basically, my developers want to know if RH can output some kind of file that would help the end user navigate to the correct help set? I don't think this is the case, but I need to get as much information as possible.

Thanks very much,

diane

The only thing that RH does in that direction, as far as I know, is sniff the browser used, not where it is being used. I think your developer will have to put something between the help call and the opening that does that job.
