    tinyMCE won't run

    Scott R. Hamilton Level 1

      I need some help getting tinyMCE to run in the html wrapper of my flex application.
      When the button is hot to start the editor there is no error but nothing happens in
      the browser.

      I have spent the better part of 2 days reading documentation, forums etc. in an
      effort to resolve this problem.

      I am desperate for for any help as my development work is, at present dead in the water.

      I have added the following to my applications's html file (every time I save the project code in
      the flex developer, this code gets removed but that is another issue)

      <!-- TinyMCE function -->
      <script type="text/javascript" src="C:\Users\Scott\Downloads\tinyMCE Install\jscripts\tiny_mce\tiny_mce.js"></script>

      <script type="text/javascript">
      tinyMCE.init({
          mode : "textareas"
      });
      </script>

      Here is the control that should start up tinyMCE in the browser:

      <mx:VBox height="69" width="696" id="vbox_MethodEdit">
          <mx:Button label="Zubereitung" click="PrepEdit(event)"/>
          <mx:TextArea height="37" width="689" id="taZubereitung"/>
      </mx:VBox>

      The event handler is defined so:

      //_______________________________________________________________________
      // Handles the editing of the preparation section by calling tinyMCE
      //                ________
      private function PrepEdit(event:MouseEvent):void {
         //Alert.show("PrepEdit:  entry point");
         var s:String;
         if (ExternalInterface.available) {
            //Alert.show("Wrapper available")
            //s = flash.external.ExternalInterface.call("tinyMCE.init");
            s = ExternalInterface.call("tinyMCE.init");
         } else {
            s = "Wrapper not available";
            //Alert.show("Wrapper not available")
         }
      }
      // PrepEdit
      //_________
