Also, what email program are they using?

Still Learning02 Nov 20, 2009 6:04 AM (in response to ~graffiti)We use Microsoft Outlook. Shouldn't acrobat 8 standard still work with the email function from the submit button by itself? Would you recommend unistalling the reader, or acrobat? Thanks for the help.

Hard to say. Having two versions installed can cause many unpredictable issues. This "may" be one of them.
It's recommended to uninstall both then reinstall only the one you want to use. I would recommend running the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility before the reinstall to be sure that you've removed all traces of both applications before reinstalling the one you want.

Still Learning02 Nov 23, 2009 10:35 AM (in response to ~graffiti)Thanks, that is what I was afraid of. I did uninstall both, and reinstall the reader, since the operator does not use the standard version of adobe anyway. It is working now.
