I have a video recording at the lenght from 10 minutes where I want to delete the 6 of them in Premiere, with other words delete the 6 minutes permanently from my hard drive so useless substance does not fill up my hard disk. Can I do that? If yes, how do I do it?
Get some video education first, then read the manual from front to cover and watch tutorials or only capture the 6 minutes you want.
Why are you worried about the other 4 minutes? Disk space?
You could export only the segment you require to an appropriate file type and delete the source.
Be absolutely sure you have that source backed up to something, just in case you should need it sometime.
Dsladek's suggestion is probably the best one but you can also use the project manager to accomplish the same thing.
