Unable to reinstall Presenter on Office 2007

I am working in Office 2007, in parallels on my Mac.

I was working on a ppt file, formating my quiz and I lost the Presenter menu item. I tried re-installing presenter as well as Office 2007 and no luck.

      Thanks in advance.

Had the same issue when installing the Presenter patch. Could you go to the Powerpoint Options (under the Office button upper left), to Plug-ins and then look if the Presenter plugin has been deactivated (not sure of the right terminology, because I'm using a Dutch version of PPT)? If yes, you should be able to reactivate it from this menu. I will try to find the thread in this forum with a more detailed explanation if you do not succeed.

Sounds like the Presenter addin has been disabled by Office.

To re-enable an add-in that has been hard disabled by Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, or Word 2007

            1. In the application, click the Microsoft Office Button.

            2. Click the <ApplicationName> Options button.

            3. In the categories pane, click Add-ins.

            4. In the details pane, locate the add-in in the Disabled Application Add-ins list.

The Name column specifies the name of the assembly, and the Location column specifies the full path of the application manifest.

            5. In the Manage box, click Disabled Add-ins, and then click Go.

            6. Select the add-in and click Enable.

            7. Click Close.
