I am not sure you can call a Fireworks batch process from the command line.
Why would you want to do that? What are you trying to accomplish?
hands free image resizing.
modify what you need to and store this in a batch file:
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Fireworks CS4\fireworks.exe" "C:\develop\jsf\fireworks_resize600x450.jsf" "C:\develop\jsf\Slide1.gif" "C:\develop\jsf\Slide2.gif" "C:\develop\jsf\Slide3.gif"
Hmm, never knew this could be done like this... I should try it as well
works fine except i haven't figured out how to shut Fireworks.exe down once the script runs successfully.
taskkill /IM Fireworks.exe" ?
yeah, but's it's another click on another batch file. would like the script to know how to Exit Firefox. it must be a simple command, but haven't been able to figure out or Google.
Hmm, you're right. Well, Fireworks must report back to the script so that the next command can be executed... Maybe a Fireworks guru can help you!
use either the following
inside your .jsf file.
that's why i posted here....!
in my case app.quitApplication did the trick.
app is the var name.
you were one of the Fw gurus I was referring to!
