    Premiere 4 Lisence Has Expired...

I installed a 30 day trail of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 a few days ago, but today I had to uninstall then reinstall due to I installed it on the wrong HDD. Now when I try using it however, a message pops up saying "License has expired". I read up on this issue and it told me to install Windows Utility clean up, but I get the following message when trying to install the program:

"Windows Installer Clean up Utility  is not installed on your machine.

Please install Windows Installer Clean up Utility"

How can I install a product that requires said product to be installed? That makes no sense.

      Any help would be appreciated.
