that's not complete embedding code. you need the ac_fl_runcontent function and you need to include a js file.

just change your publish settings to allow flash to generate your html file. a file with the correct embedding code will be generated along with a js file that's needed to display your swf. (in cs4, the js file's code is included in the html code.)

Actually, the JS file generated when I exported from CS4, as you described, does not work in any browser - they all generate a blank page. I'm going to modify the code as described in the link above to see if that helps any; I'll post the results here.
