In our move last summer we managed to loose a few things...including
our Elements5/Premier3 cd's We have the serial
number and did register (I think) Is there anywhere on Adobe to download Premiere Elements 3.0
We will be upgrading to Widnows7 and a more current cpu/etc after the 1st of the year...but for now we'd like to do some more work on Elements 3.0.
The program loads but will not continue. I think this is a result of a virus/spyware cleaning from Spyware Doctor that among other things...deleted a windvd exe or dll that also is affecting other programs ?
Thanks for any help...
John is probably correct, however Adobe is very good at being able to provide lost installation discs, so long as the program has been registered. If it was purchased from Adobe, then it will definitely be registered.
You will need to contact Adobe Customer Support, and request replacement discs. If you do not have your registration/S/N handy, launch the program an go to Help>About. Your S/N should be there. If not, or you cannot launch, then you'll have to have your Adobe I.D number.
There was a postage and handling fee for installation discs, but it was quite minimal.
