Unable to Open RoboHelp 7 Editor

I am unable to even open the RoboHelp 7 editor. When I attempt to open it I get the standard MS message "Abode RoboHelp 7 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." My IT department doesn't know what to do to fix it. Can anyone help? Below is some information my IT department collected when they attempted to look at it.

Do you mean that RH opens correctly but crashes when you attempt to open a topic? If so, are you always trying the same project and topic?

I am not able to even open the program. I can't get into the software at all.

If you are using Vista, try right clicking the shortcut and selecting Run As Administrator.

Otherwise, I would try a repair or a reinstall.
