We run our company on Filemaker. If I create a PDF of a Filemaker document so I can email it to a client, when I open the PDF it doesn't show all of the file. Some of the information from the middle of the page isn't there. If I reduce the size of the PDF to 75%, all of the information shows up! Then if I increase it back to 100%, it still shows all of the information! It's doing this consistently with all of my documents. I, myself, know to reduce it then enlarge it to see everything, but I can't expect my clients to do that. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
Well Thomas make sure that plugins are installed in your computer or not. You can easily get free plugin from adobe or microsoft. Even i had the same problem but one of my friend Daniel who is a designer and designs different products of used air compressor so he had advice me regarding plugins and now i can see my entire filemaker documnet when i convert it to PDF
How did you create the PDF document? Adobe Reader can't create PDF documents.
I use FileMaker all the time with no issue. How are you creating your pdf files?
