I have a bunch of AVCHD video file I shot and amn trying to convert them to Quicktime with the Adobe Media Encoder CS4. The files are really large and are about 2GB in size. I can load them into AME fine, but it errors about a quarter of the way in through encoding with an error saying the disk is full.
I can't see how this can happen beings the drive i am exporting to is an empty 500GB drive. I am getting very frustrated with this.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Your other disk is too full for the temp files needed. Time to add another disk to your system and clean up the current disk.
If the drive you're exporting to is formatted as FAT32 instead of NTFS (such as an external), this can generate the error if the resultant file sizes are too big.
Thanks, I think that may be my problem.
