The help file or manual can be very helpful, if you consult them:
Note: In order to retain audio from more than one track simutaneously, mix all the desired tracks to a single track in the source sequence, select the resulting audio track, and deselect the Audio Follows Video option.
That will not provide the desired results, Harm, which is hearing only the audio track that associated with the visible camera track. Your method will make all audio tracks audible at the same time.
Yes I did read that part harm, but that would mean I have to have all audio in one track, which defeats the purpose of having multicam in the first place.
Well anyway, I also read that CS3 has this problem, not sure if its fixed. Anyone having this problem also?
I did a quick test in CS3. "Audio follow video" does not work.
I never have a need for this, so I suspect had never checked it.
I tried a few combinations of selecting/not selecting source tracks, and did not find a combination that worked.
I am working on a two cam shot. I have tested this for you and my Audio follows Video.
