Hello,
I have a form and it is an interactive form with just text boxes and a few check boxes. I have distributed the form and there is an email button as well as a print button. The form worked when testing via google and yahoo, but currently the forms that i'm getting returned are coming back blank or with information that won't allow me to print. I need to be able to export this data to excel to make the entry of the data easier, but the issues are driving me crazy. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've attached the form below.
