Table row colors not showing in HTML Help

There are tables in the PDF that have alternating colors for each row - white and gray. When viewing the Primary Layout, the tables are not displaying in this way. The tables are showing fine in the PDF.

FYI: The PDF came from an export from InDesign. The InDesign files are made up of placed InCopy content, where the tables were created.

          Welcome to the forum.

Have you created a Word table with alternating colour rows and imported that as a test?

Have you generated a PDF from a Word document with alternating colour rows and imported that as a test?

I suspect that you will find none of them display in the WYSIWYG editor. If one PDF fails, then how they were created is likely to be irrelevant.

It might be worth generating a help output just to confirm it also fails there.

If they all fail, then you either you will need to reapply the row colouring manually or you could use the method described under Tables on my site.
