    General Adobe Licensing Question

      what is Adobe's policy on multiple licenses in the same household.

      I have a lap and want to buy a desktop, Thanks

          If you, and you alone, the license holder are using your Adobe application(s) on several computers, you can use more than one of your activations at the same time. But if you and your daughter, wife or evil twin, Skippy are using the Adobe applications, you are supposed to get multiple licenses.

           

          I have my Adobe applications installed on my personal computer and my wife has a laptop. I have them accessible to all users and she can, if she wants to, use Photoshop (she doesn't know how, though) If I'm working on her User space and need to do something quick, I can open Photoshop in her user space.

           

          You tend to get into an issue with Adobe applications when they are installed on several computers.

           

          Adobe does sell multiple licenses if you have a workgroup that is large enough to warrant that. but if it's just you and a couple of other people using the products, you're best off just buying multiple copies.
