I simply did not know what to do with it.
Maybe it is time to read the help file or manual, watch tutorials and get a proper education in video editing first. PR is for the more professionally inclined and if you lack the expertise and knowledge, you may be better off with a consumer program like WMM, Magix or PE.

Start by making sure your products are updated to the latest versions. Launch Premiere Pro and choose Help>Updates. Do all the updates (if any) and restart the computer.
As far as AME is concerned, you were one click shy of your desired goal - hitting the start button on AME. AME works in the background so you can keep working in another Adobe application. So the workflow is thus.
within Premiere Pro - file>export media
choose correct settings for your output type and click ok
AME launches and ques up the render - click start...
