Flash player activex installation problem

Hello all,

               I'm installing a flash player activeX 10 on XP 64-bit machine. But it is giving problem in installation. Flash player 10 is installed on the system. But there is no folder name macromed in system32. Does ActiveX support 64-bit XP version. I have removed all previous version, but it is still giving problem. Any suggestion ?
