but i want to make this default save folder as USER_HOME/CONFIG/FILES
i have been trying to find a way to do this from the past one week.

Not idea how to achieve that with Flex Gary, maybe it's possible with Air.
I guess that many of this restrictions are imposed by Adobe because they are related to security things rather than to the power of the flashplayer.
For instance the fact that it's at full screen Flex/Flash applications are limited to use just a few keys instead all the keyboard. It's a pity since this kinds of things are limiting so much the real power of the Flash Player and what developers could reach.
From my point of view it's very discouraging to be forced to use Air due to this security limitations since Air applications must be installed and installed applications are more difficult to mantain and the installation process it's more invasive too. I'm not saying all security restrictions are wrong but some of them could be loosen.
